Very open chatty. Simple clear information. Great book and leaflet, to refer back to. Relaxed so allowing people to contribute or not, depending on preference. A good group size, so not too intimating to talk.

It was a little tricky/ confusing to get referral on to course. School seemed unsure how to proceed but once referred it went smoothly.

The commitment, knowledge and dedication of the staff. They are all extremely caring and thoughtful and made us feel supported and at ease.

It would have been great to have been seen sooner. Also the rooms that we are seen in are quite small and either too hot or too cool. It would be good to have fidget toys in the rooms and perhaps cushions or bean bags for the teenagers! Also a water fountain.

I know I was in a crisis and seeing the clinicians helped me.

We have been open to Marlborough CAMHS for over 4 years now, both my children feel supported and heard. The staff monitor their weight and will arrange extra appointments if necessary.
